Who am I?

I'm your typical college student, struggling along while trying to live out her dreams. I am a computer scientist, but I'm also artistic. I love to create, to see the image in my mind unfold in my hands. What better way to enjoy my hobby than to create a business?

I'm a crafter. I've been beading my entire life. My mother inspired me at an early age to create and be hands on. I was always helping her sew or paint or decorate that it ingrained these habits into me. She always bought me different beads, yarn, and cloth and encouraged me to learn knitting from the sweet old lady down the street. Now on my own, I continue to follow in her footsteps. I will always be thankful for the impact she had on my creativity.

Stumbling upon Japanese culture and anime, I've fallen in love with the cutsie things you find in their pop culture scene. That style has influenced me more than anything else. I also love experimenting with out of the ordinary materials, turning string into a bead, turning buttons into pendants. It puts a unique touch on a classic, ordinary thing.
